You’ve been strong for everyone else- but when the weight becomes too much, who do you turn to? As a trauma-focused therapist, I help adults carry less and heal more. Whether you’re a first responder exposed to high-stress environments or someone navigating the long-term effects of childhood trauma, you don’t have to go through it alone.

At Uprooted Healing, I specialize in working with men and women experiencing PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where we can safely explore the impact of trauma and start building a sense of inner safety. My approach is rooted in both science and soul- grounded in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for your unique story.
